How does this package work?
This is a great package for really nice listings where you want to impress the seller and prove your worth.
This package will start at $347 +tax on homes less than 2,900 sqft in size and scale up to $0.12 per sqft over 2,900 sqft in size.
Generally speaking, a good indication of what to expect would be to take the square footage that will be posted on the MLS, round down to the nearest 100, and that will be the billable square footage of the listing.
Does this come with Matterport (3D virtual tour)?
Zillow 3D tour has been known to increase views on the listings and you still get a shareable tour link to post on the MLS.
What video options do I get?
There are 3 types of videos that agents like, they are:
- Home Walkthrough Video
- Drone-Only Video
- Agent-Tour Video
My house is less than 2,900 sqft. What does that mean for me?
You'll still get unlimited photos & drone photos and a video of your choice.
My home is greater than 2,900 sqft but has an unfinished basement. How does that work?
If your home is 3,500 sqft and has a 1,000 sqft and the basement is 100% unfinished, then you'll be billed for a 2,500 sqft which is also under the 2,900 sqft threshold for a billable $347 +tax.
If your home is 5,000 sqft and has a 1,000 sqft basement that is 50% unfinished, then you'll be billed for 4,500 sqft which is $540 +tax.
